Originally from Canada, Kate Smith is a seasoned trial and appellate attorney with over a decade of wide-ranging experience navigating criminal litigation, appeals, and civil forfeiture litigation tied to criminal assets. Her track record speaks volumes, with notable achievements including pivotal victories in high-stakes cases.
She has defended numerous high-profile conspiracy and drug seizure cases, adeptly handling complex matters involving electronic surveillance and multi-million-dollar assets.
In the past year alone, Kate has secured dismissals and acquittals for clients facing a spectrum of charges, from drug trafficking to assault on peace officers, kidnapping, and aggravated assault.
